Terms of Use
SaveMyPosts is an app that saves links you send to it, describes them with AI, and files them so you can find them again. By using the app you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
Your account
You can start using SaveMyPosts without creating an account; a guest account is made for you automatically. You can attach an Apple or Google identity at any time from Settings so your saves survive a new phone. You are responsible for keeping access to that identity secure. The app is not for children under 13.
What you save
You keep ownership of everything you save. We store the link and the public metadata the platform already publishes (title, caption, author name, preview image) so we can show you a useful card later. Saving a post here does nothing to it on the original platform: nothing is posted, liked, unsaved or deleted on your behalf, and we never ask for your password on any other service.
You agree not to use SaveMyPosts to store unlawful material, to break another platform’s terms, or to redistribute someone else’s work as your own. Deleting a save in SaveMyPosts removes it from your library here; the original post is untouched.
Shared and collaborative collections
Creating a share link makes that collection readable by anyone who has the link, until you revoke it. Inviting people to a collection lets them see it in their own app and add to it. Only share what you are comfortable sharing, and revoke a link the moment you want it to stop working.
Pro subscriptions
A free account can save up to 10 posts. Pro removes that limit and is available as a weekly, monthly, or yearly subscription. Yearly includes a 7-day free trial; weekly and monthly do not.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- A subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- During a free trial, any unused portion is forfeited if you buy a subscription before the trial ends.
- Manage or cancel your subscription in Settings › your name › Subscriptions on your device. We send a reminder on day 5 of the trial, two days before billing starts.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under the Apple Media Services Terms, not by us.
AI-generated cards
Titles, summaries, and tags are produced by an AI model reading the post’s public preview. They are usually right and occasionally wrong. Treat them as a way to find your save again, not as verified fact, and never as professional advice.
Availability and liability
We work to keep SaveMyPosts running, but the service is provided as is, without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using the app and delete your data at any time by deleting your account from Settings. We may suspend an account that abuses the service or breaks these terms. If we make a material change to these terms, we will update this page and the date at the top.
